Construction Requirements: 

Homes in Tuscany Hills must be single-family residences built on site with a minimum living area of 1,200 square feet. Construction plans must be submitted for approval prior to building, and all homes must comply with established setback requirements from the front, side, and rear property lines.

Exterior construction must use approved materials, including brick veneer or smooth stucco finishes, and roofing must use approved composition shingles or tile. Landscaping is required for all homes, including grass coverage and maintained front yards. Additional guidelines address fencing materials, sidewalks, parking of commercial vehicles, and general property maintenance to ensure the neighborhood remains orderly and well maintained.
